Hotels are the oldest commercial endeavour known to man. The beginnings of the Hotel or Inns have been traced from the sixth century B.C. The urge to travel has been the greatest impetus to the hotel industry.
Earlier there were the inns managed by the family itself. Today a hotel caters to every wish of the guest. Hence a hotel needs the services of trained staff to provide professional services for the domestic as well as international clients. The hotel industry which is an integral part of the tourism sector provides a large percentage of the total employment in the tourism industry.
S.D.S.J. Hotel Management Institute Offers courses out of which there will be six months of industrial Training in reputed 5 star Hotels and Resorts. All the courses are practical oriented.

S.D.S.J. Industrial Training Institute was established with a view to provide high quality Technical Training by setting and maintaining standards of education.
The emphasis is on providing employment based education and training programmes, which includes classroom training as well as workshop training so that live work exposure can be achieved.
The students are also sent for Industrial Training in reputed Multi-National Industry houses. State-of-the-art modern workshops ensure 100% practical hands-on training.
